As co-founder of The Fellowship of New Beginnings, Pastor DeNita Boyd is a living testimony to the miracles and wonders God can work in your life if you let Him.
Born on June 13, 1971, to Mr. and Mrs. Wilkie G. Law, Jr., Pastor Dee is the second oldest of five children. She is a graduate of TSU where she attained her BBA in Marketing, and she is currently pursuing her Master at the University of St. Thomas in Education Administration. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
She is the wife of Pastor J. Wesley Boyd, III, of The Fellowship of New Beginnings, where she supports and assists her husband in ministry. She has served numerous roles in the church including praise team member, usher, church administrator, sales and marketing representative, member transportation and event planner, just to name a few.
Pastor Dee has a passion for the youth and has dedicated the last fourteen years of her life teaching high school algebra while emerging as a role model to young ladies seeking understanding on what it really takes to be a woman of God, a wife, and a true leader.
Not afraid to challenge the misguided, Pastor Dee provides "to the point" counseling to both saved and lost souls while keeping with The Fellowship vision of a real, relevant, and relative ministry.
She is the founder of Women of Virtue Women’s Ministry, which began in 2007. Pastor Dee’s desire for the women is that they throw away the false images of what others have spoken into their lives and see themselves as God sees them. She wants them to know that they are Queens and that if they “seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness all the things that they are desiring would be added unto them.”
When asked how she manages the demands of a full-time job with children and a young, growing ministry, she simply states, "By the grace of God."
